K.1) Discussion and consideration to approve the purchase a multi-function system wide format printer with integrated color scanner, including software, supplies, installation and training, and maintenance in the amount of $27,718.50.  This machine allows for printing, scanning, and copying of documents such as plats, parcel maps, land surveys and other large-format documents.   The purchase will be funded through the Recorder's Technology Fund.
