G.1) Discussion and consideration to approve an interlocal contract between the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Welfare and Supportive Services, and the Elko County District Attorney’s Office, Child Support Enforcement Unit, for a term of four (4) years, from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2029.  This contract provides funding to support the Elko County District Attorney’s Child Support Enforcement Unit in continuing to assist local residents with the collection of child support, ensuring ongoing access to this essential public service.
