E.1) Discussion and consideration to approve Resolution No. 2025-07 which transfers Parcel 009-008-036 (which is approximately 55 acres), located in the unincorporated Town of Jackpot, to SummitEdge. This transfer is in accordance with NRS 244.2815, which permits the conveyance of property for less than fair market value for economic development purposes.   The appraisal for this property was approved at the March 19, 2025 Board of Commissioners meeting.Jackpot has a housing shortage and many employees who work in Jackpot commute from Twin Falls.  SummitEdge has completed a preliminary lot layout, showing the subject developed with 146 single-family residential homesites, with an average lot size 8,587± square feet and 10.20± acres (18.4%) as open space.
