K.1) Discussion and consideration to approve the Federal Fiscal Year 2026 U.S. Department of Transportation Administration's 5311 grant application to pursue continued financial assistance for the operation of GET My Ride Public Transportation Service. This grant is the primary source of funding for the transit program.    The grant covers a two year period (FFY2026 & FFY2027).  The biennial total is $2,434,104, with a local match of $852,999.  Most of the required matching funds are covered through other grants, contracts, or donations.
