E.2) Pursuant to Notice No. 2025-07, discussion and consideration to award Lucky Nugget Phase II Project, PWP-EL-2025-142 to the lowest most responsive, responsible bidder.    The Elko County Lucky Nugget Phase II Road project bids were opened and read aloud on Monday, February 24, 2025, at 2:03 pm Pacific time, at the Elko County Highway Department in Elko, Nevada.   Five (5) bids were received and after review of the bids and in accordance with NRS 338, it is recommended that the construction contract be awarded to Granite Construction Co for the base bid total of $2,050,050.00.   This project is approved in Amendment Eight of the Infrastructure Tax Plan approved by the Elko County Board of Commissioners on May 17, 2023.
