7.a) Discussion and consideration of comments on State Agenda Item #8 regarding a request from Mr. Donald Molde, Mr. Christopher Smith, Ms. Caron Tayloe, Ms. Catherine Smith and Mr. Will Stolzenburg petitioning the Nevada Board of Wildlife Commissioners to approve several recommended changes to trapping regulations to reduce the effects of incidental trapping of mountain lions, require trapper education for new licensees, and improve collection of non-target trapping data.
