D1.) Discussion and consideration for approval of West Wendover Recreation District's request to enter into a Medium-Term Obligation in the amount not to exceed $250,000.00, to enable the purchase four (4) maintenance trucks.    The obligation would be repaid using revenues generated by Room Tax Revenues.  Financed by Zion Bancorporation, N.A. in the amount not to exceed $250,000.00 with a monthly debt service amount not to exceed $4,500.00 with interest rate not to exceed 6.15%.
