I.1) Discussion and consideration of approval to purchase a used water tanker trailer in excellent condition in the amount of $34,500.    The used trailer is equipped with a hydraulic pump and spray system necessary to complete Road Department projects.     A new tanker can run between $140,000 and $225,000.  The Roads Department has located a used tanker trailer with less wear and tear as our current tanker trailers. A quote for a new tanker through Sourcewell is $154,625.50. Purchasing the used water tanker will result in $120,125.50 savings.   The Roads Department received approval to purchase a new water tanker in the Fiscal Year 2025 capital budget in the amount of $120,000.
