F.1) Discussion and consideration of approval to reallocate the balance of the Spring Creek Ambulance Barn project to the Elko Ambulance Fund for additional funding needed to avoid a potential negative fund balance.     The Spring Creek Ambulance Barn project was approved from ARPA funds but has been suspended due to bids received in excess of available funds. The balance of the project is $515,062.69.
