D.2) Discussion and consideration to approve applying for the Department of the Interior/United States Forest Service Slip On Tanker Unit Grant which would cover the cost of equipment to convert current vehicles to wildland firefighting readiness.    This would increase the capacity of our rural service.  The requested grant amount of $200,000 with no matching funds.
