3.A) Discussion and consideration of a request from the Consolidated Courts to reclassify a vacant Justice Court Bailiff position from the Wells Justice Court budget to the Consolidated Courts budget at the currently budgeted salary and benefits rate.  Currently, the Consolidated Courts have six budgeted bailiff positions - one for each judge and one for family court.
