4.A) Discussion and consideration of a request to budget $77,263.00 to support a 5% match for a $1,545,263.00 grant for the construction of a paved multi-use path connecting Liberty Peak Elementary with the Spring Creek Boys and Girls Club.   This path will connect most of the major amenities in the 300 and 400 tract of Spring Creek, including schools, health care centers, restaurants, baseball fields, and the sports complex.   Staff had originally intended to use in-kind donations as match, but none of the proposed match sources were usable with this funding.
