G.1) The Elko County Local Emergency Planning Committee shall hold nomination and election to fill the position of Vice Chair vacated by Jack Snyder for a term expiring on December 31, 2024. Per the Elko County LEPC Bylaws, Article V, Section II, an election to fill this position will be held at the next regularly scheduled meeting following the resignation.
