E.1) Continuation of discussion and consideration of a request from Digital Logging Recording System to replace the current system which has reached end of life.  Elko Central Dispatch Administrative Authority has received a quotation for replacement.  The Board will consider if the request falls under Enhanced 911 Surcharge funding and if the Advisory Board should recommend to the Elko County Commission to undertake this project.
