F.1) Discussion and consideration of a request from Bryan Barton for maintenance on a portion of Hamilton Stage Access Road as a conditional use permit issued for a resident on Meadow View Drive in Spring Creek will increase traffic.   This road is also encouraged as an access for the South Fork Dam below the dam.
