3.C) Discussion and consideration of a request from the District Attorney's Office for an additional full-time Deputy District Attorney position starting in Fiscal Year 2025.    This was reviewed with the Fiscal Year 2025 budget requests, but additional information was requested from the District Attorney's Office by the Budget Committee.   The District Attorney's Office has had a full-time Deputy District Attorney position open since October 20, 2023.The fiscal impact to fund this request is $180,073.15 per year for salary and benefits.
