D.1) Discussion and consideration of issues and possible actions related to the proposed constitutional changes to the mineral extraction tax made by the Nevada Legislature during the 32nd Special Legislative Session in the passage of Senate Joint Resolution 1 (SJR1), Assembly Joint Resolution 1 (AJR1) and Assembly Joint Resolution 2 (AJR2).  Possible discussion and action may include positions and actions with regard to the impacts to the mining industry, county government revenue and review of the methodology to enact changes to the Nevada  Constitution.
