Gov. Sisolak has not published a plan to reopen sparsely populated Nevada Counties that have had no or very few coronavirus cases. Elko County should be able to enter Phase 1 and take steps to safely reopen our businesses today. We should not have to wait on Washoe and Clark Counties to enter the process of reopening. Elko County should start the process now and not wait for Gov. Sisolak to get his collective act together.
