    Tony Buzzetti for the record. I believe the bull tag quotas in 081, 077,076, &079 should all be lowered by 10 to 15 tags for all hunts. I have hunted these units for years and over the past 6 years I have seen the quality and quantity of bulls decrease in these units. In 2019, I spent over one month hunting in these units and the bull quality and numbers are no longer there. Drops in quality of bulls can be verified by just looking at the harvest stats of main beam length decreasing.
