M.4) Discussion and consideration to renew an Interlocal Contract between the Elko County Transit Department and Nevada State Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Health Care Financing and Policy (DHCFP).    The agreement allows the Transit Department to be reimbursed for a portion of the cost to provide transportation to Medicaid recipients.
