M.3) Discussion and consideration to approve an Independent Contractor Agreement with Jordan Ramirez, of Arcadian Wellness, to provide Specialty Court comprehensive clinical family functioning assessments to include alcohol and drug evaluations, mental health, and other evaluations as deemed necessary to make recommendations for treatment for the Fourth Judicial District Court - Specialty Courts, Department II.The agreement has been reviewed and approved through the Fourth Judicial District Court and Judge Kacin.    This service is funded through grant funding and the agreement is required to be reviewed at least every three (3) years.
