J.2) Discussion and consideration of a Memorandum of Understanding between Vitality Unlimited and the 4th Judicial District Specialty Courts.  The MOU will allow Vitality to provide Peer Recovery Support Services, observed urine drug screening, and medication assisted therapy to referred specialty court participants. Vitality may bill the participant or the participant's insurance for provided services.
