J.1) Discussion and consideration of an Interlocal Agreement between the State of Nevada, Division of Public and Behavioral Health, Rural Clinics and the 4th Judicial District Court and Justice and Municipal courts to provide collaborative case coordination for Mental Health Court participants.The Rural Clinics will provide one full-time Psychiatric Caseworker with a projected caseload of 25 participants for a period of up to three years, from October 1, 2024 through December 31, 2027 contingent upon the availability of allocated State general funds each biennium.
