O.3) Discussion and consideration of the Jarbidge Advisory Board's recommendation to increase solid waste (trash) user rates to twice the current rates for users within the town and increase rates 25% higher than the proposed town user rates for users outside of the town. Staff recommends approving the recommended solid waste rate increase pending the required Business Impact Statement.
