O.2) Discussion and consideration of the Jarbidge Advisory Board's recommendation to increase water rates for residential and commercial users by 10% each year for the next three years in order to increase revenues to cover the operating and maintenance expenses of the Jarbidge Water System.Staff recommends approving the proposed water rate increase pending the required Business Impact Statement and requiring a review of the rates after a water rate study has been completed.
