R.1) Discussion and consideration of a request from Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for funding in Fiscal Year 2025 in the amount of $35,000.   Funding was not requested during the budget process due to change in leadership of the program. Funds are available in the budget to approve the request.   The budget committee reviewed the request on July 24, 2024 and recommends approval.
