K.1) Discussion and consideration to approve a contract with Recon Technologies, Inc. dba Recon Healthcare Services to provide health care services to juveniles held in the Elko County Juvenile Detention Center in the amount of $45,000 for the first year.  The agreement includes an option to extend the agreement for up to two years with a six (6) percent increase for each of the following two (2) years after the first year.    Year 1 - $45,000 Year 2 - $47,700 Year 3 - $50,562   The cost of the first year is budgeted for Fiscal Year 2025.
