E.3) Discussion and consideration to approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 2024-06 amending Title 4, Chapter 2, Section 3 of Elko County Code.   This ordinance amends the Conditional Uses for the AR zoning district by changing "small business" to "home occupations."  Small business is not defined by Elko County Code and is ambiguous regarding permitted uses.     Home occupations is defined by Elko County code and well defines what business are permissible within the AR zoning district.
