K.5) Discussion and consideration to approve a grant application to the Department of Business and Industry, Housing Division, for the Account for Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AAAHTF) in the amount of $15,000.  No matching funds are required.   Social Services agencies may provide rental assistance, including security deposits and other manners in which to assist eligible families in obtaining or keeping housing.  These funds must be used for eligible affordable housing activities for individuals and/or families who are under 60% of the Area Medium Income (AMI).
