K.2) Discussion and consideration to approve a grant application to the Office on Violence Against Women Fiscal Year 2024 Local Law Enforcement Grants for Enforcement of Cybercrimes Program.   This grant will assist the Sheriff's Office in training, resources, and software for the investigation, prevention, and preparation for prosecution of cybercrimes related to harassment, threats, stalking, extortion, coercion, instilling fear, or intimidation of an individual.     The total funding request will not exceed $500,000 over three (3) years beginning October 2024.  No matching funds are required.
