J.2) Discussion and consideration of a proposal to trim 110 trees in Lamoille Grove and remove six that have been diagnosed with a fungal disease known as Cytospora.    Three quotes have been obtained:   New Leaf Solutions: $45,000 Chavira Tree Trimming: $55,000 Battle Born Tree Trimming: $72,750   The Budget Committee met on March 27, 2024 and recommended awarding the project to New Leaf Solutions for $45,000 using capital funds budgeted for Fiscal Year 2024.
