I.2) Discussion and consideration to reclassify a Judicial Secretary position to a Guardianship Compliance Specialist/Judicial Secretary position for the District Court.    The Guardianship Compliance Specialist is a position that has existed in District Court I for several years, but was not properly classified as the job description had not been updated since the position was created as a Judicial Secretary.  The position assists each of the district courts with guardianship matters, but is supervised by District Court I.   The Budget Committee met on March 27, 2024 and recommended approval to reclassify the position to a Grade E09, Step 8 which is total net increase of $5,928.66 and can be absorbed in the current District Court budget.
