M.2) Discussion and consideration of directing staff to seek consulting services related to the options of an alternate route to State Route 227 between the City of Elko and the community of Spring Creek.   The scope of work for the consultant may include, but is not limited to a recommended alignment of an alternate route, the potential of acquisition of necessary rights of way, estimate for the cost of construction and maintenance of the roadway as well as ongoing maintenance cost of the roadway, and potential funding options.
