G.3) Discussion and consideration to approve an Independent Contractor Agreement with Janell Anderson, LifeQuest Elko to provide evaluation and therapy services to the Fourth Judicial District Court - Specialty Courts.The agreement has been reviewed and approved through the Fourth Judicial District Court and Judge Simons.  This service is funded through grant funding.
