G.2) Discussion and consideration to approve an Independent Contractor Agreement with Troy Harris, KAIROS Recovery and Behavioral Health Center to provide certified peer recovery and support specialist services to the Fourth Judicial District Court - Specialty Courts.The agreement has been reviewed and approved through the Fourth Judicial District Court and Judge Simons.  This service is funded through grant funding.
