G.1) Pursuant to a recommendation from the Budget Committee at their February 28, 2024 meeting, discussion and approval to purchase Carlson Civil Suite Software to replace the current Autodesk Civil 3D software with initial setup price of $5,896 for the first year, and $670 for two licenses per year after that first year.
