F.1) 1:39 P.M.   Pursuant to Notice No. 2024-05, discussion and consideration to approve the second reading and public hearing to amend Elko County Code Title 6, Chapter 9, to update and bring the Elko County code into compliance with current statutes and to provide that the fees required for an application and renewal for locksmith will be set by resolution of the Elko County Board of Commissioners.    The ordinance updates locksmith code and provides fees set by resolution.
