W.1) Discussion and consideration of approval of a grant award for Central Nevada Regional Water Authority through the Nevada Department of Conservation and Natural Resources in the amount of $7,000,000.   This grant will be used to retire water rights through groundwater right relinquishment in the Central Hydrographic Region.   Grant management and reporting is the responsibility of the Central Nevada Regional Water Authority, the funds held by Elko County through an agency fund. All expenditures and reimbursements will be submitted to Elko County Finance for review and audit.
