S.1) Discussion and consideration of approval to upgrade the Sheriff's Office - Wells Substation current DSL internet connection to a dedicated fiber line of 10 megabits for $270 per month.  The current connection is terrible and, as a result, has constant connectivity issues.   The current cost for the DSL connection is approximately $244 a month for internet and fax.  The additional cost can be absorbed into the current Information Technology Department budget.
