R.2) Discussion and consideration for approval to request bids for PWP EL-2024-113, CR714A Lower Lee Road full depth reclamation (FDR) and paving project.   The Lower Lee Road FDR Project commences at the Elko County limit where Lower Lee Road and Old Nevada 228 meet and follows the Lower Lee Road alignment for approximately 1.37 miles to the South Fork tribal boundary.    The Project will consist of a full depth reclamation which includes pulverizing the existing roadbed, cement stabilization and asphalt paving along the existing alignment.   The project was approved in Amendment Six of the Infrastructure Tax Plan approved by Elko County Board of Commissioners on May 18, 2022.
