P.2) Discussion and consideration to approve an Independent Contractor Agreement with Impact Evaluation & Assessment Services to evaluation services for the Family Preservation Court and Juvenile Drug Court on behalf of the Fourth Judicial District Court, Department 3 Specialty Court - Family Court.   The agreement has been reviewed and approved through the District Attorney's Office and District Court Judge.  This service is fully funded through grant funds.
