P.1) Discussion and consideration to approve an Independent Contractor Agreement with Aspire Grant Solutions, Ltd. to provide grant writing, editing and submission of application on behalf of the Fourth Judicial District Court, Department 3 Specialty Court - Family Court.   The agreement has been reviewed and approved through the District Attorney's Office and District Court Judge.  This service is fully funded through grant funds.
