L.2) Discussion and consideration of a request to amend Elko County Code Title 6, Chapter 9, Section 7 related to the expiration and renewal time frame of Locksmith Permits.  The request is to amend County Code to be consistent with Nevada Revised Statute 655.070 and require renewal every five (5) years instead of annually as required by Elko County Code.
