K.1) Discussion and consideration to approve an Independent Contractor Agreement with Impact Evaluation & Assessment Services to provide evaluation services for the Fourth Judicial District Court - Adult Drug Court Program.   The agreement has been reviewed and approved through the District Attorney's Office and District Court Judge.  This service is fully funded through grant funds.
