K.2) Discussion and consideration to approve an Affiliation Agreement between Elko County Ambulance Service and Nevada Higher System of Education on behalf of Great Basin College.    The agreement allows Elko County Ambulance Service to provide unpaid internship opportunities to students of the Great Basin College's Emergency Medical Services programs.
