F.2) Discussion and consideration of Resolution No. 2023-63 creating a special revenue fund within the Elko County Treasury entitled Elko County Grants Fund.   This will allow for consolidation of grant revenues and expenditure to a single fund to eliminate any co-mingling of grant expenditures and proceeds and other general funds.
