T.1) Discussion and consideration to approve a professional services agreement with Recon Healthcare Services to provide medical services for inmates being held within Elko County jail.    The term of the agreement is one year from the expiration of the current agreement with Medallus Medical, with the option for two one-year extensions.  The cost for medical services is $695,000 for the first year of the agreement and will be covered through the use of budgeted indigent medical funds.
