H.1) Presentation from HA Architects regarding the activities and progress of the County Complex Needs Assessment.    The purpose of the needs assessment is to review our current facilities in the administration complex, anticipate and plan for future needs, and make recommendations for appropriate re-use of current facilities and the potential of a new facility for judicial and associated functions.
