P.1) Discussion and consideration of a request to upgrade the Deputy Court Clerk positions in the Elko Justice Court from E09 to E10.   The total increase for fifteen (15) Deputy Court Clerk positions, including benefits, is estimated at $67,397, which can be absorbed in the current budget.   The Budget Committee recommended approval of the reclassification of the Elko Justice Court Deputy Court Clerk position with the understanding that the positions will forego step increases for FY2024.
