M.4) Discussion and consideration of final purchase selections associated with the Fiscal Year 2020 Emergency Preparedness Working Group (EPWG) grant. Elko County Grant and Capital Asset Procedures require board approval for purchase over $10,000.   The funding source is Department of Energy passed through Nevada Department of Emergency Management.   This agenda items covers the two sole-source purchases that have been approved through Nevada Department of Emergency Management.    Purchase 1: Stryker Medical, chest compression system, 1 unit in the amount of $18,727.23.  Sole-source was required because this is the only compatible helicopter certified unit.    Purchase 2: LN Curtis, 60 Min 4500# Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) cylinder with remote connection, 13 units @ $1,435 totaling $18,655.  Sole-Source was required due to purchasing compliant accessories to existing equipment.
